Help!!! I cant get this sticky ness off!?

k so um i have a kitten who loves to go outside so me and my sisters decided to make an outside with plants indoor so i have a pine tree forest so i went in and found a pine stuck on a tree so i picked it and it was really sticky i washed my hand a gazillion times with soap to get it off but the is still there what should i do?
