If someone grabs your , how would you react?

When I was 4 something like that happened to me. This girl about my age who I think had a mental disability just walked over and slapped me. Then she was just smiling at me. However, nobody has ever grabbed my before. If they did I'd probably freak out unless it was this one certain person and we were alone.
