Im 16 and lost my virginity barely 3 weeks ago i feel sick and think im pregnant?

I lost my virginity about 3 weeks ago i feel really sick like throwin up and dont know if im pregnant ...part of the reason i dont want to find out is that im scared my parents would be really mad what should i do .......HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
