Going to Amorsolo St. Makati, Philippines?

Hi! I'm from QC and I was wondering which jeep or FX should I take if I want to go to Amorsolo Mansion in Makati? The shuttle service near me pes through Ayala Ave and Gil. Puyat. Is there a jeep from MMC that will p there. The Mansion is in front of Mile Long Building. Also if you can include other way from LRT or MRT, please include. Taxi is not an option. I'm on a tight budget. Thank you!
