How can I treat a chemical burn from a depilatory cream? ( hair removal cream)?

I was recently using the cream to take the hair off of my bicept area. I had been using Retin A Micro for acne on my arm and when I put it on a few minutes later I began to feel a burning sensation. After taking it off a noticed there were splotchy areas of eaten away skin and I was bleeding. I immeadiately applied neosporin and covered it. A week later it has healed greatly but I am still left with these spoltchy marks. What can I do to get rid of these?
