If you have already applied to the court you will have to wait for the hearing, however, if you want to check your kids are ok and you can afford it you could always hire a private detective, he may find some useful things for your court hearing too??? Just be careful and whatever you find out, good or bad, do not take things into your own hands, let the courts do their job, its a long slow process but you'll get there in the end
