So my friend who is 13 (turning 14 in 10 days) was with her bf tongiht. He is 16. So she went to his house, and they turned on a movie and like 5 minutes in the movie they started cuddling then like hard core making out with tung and then they started and then he started rolling her shirt up and his shirt up so like stomach to stomatch contact. Then they like started dry . then he started like grabbing her over her shirt. then over her bras. then like grabbing her actual . then he started trying to put his hand down her pants. like at first she said he had his hand just on the top of her underwear like just at like where her pants started at the waist :P, then he had his hand down her pants like over her underwaer put like right over her area, she kept taking his hand out when he under her underpants, but in the end he had his hand down their. And he kept like "flicking her bean" if u catch my drift. like he kept playing with her vag over her pants, then underpants ( and once like underneath her underpants) So that was in the matter of 2 hourr only! well actually 1:30 because like half a hour they were eating and then like he would stop when anyone came down stairs where they were.
