What is a week long training seminar cl normally like? ?

I'm attending an ASQ Lead Auditor cl in Ft Lauderdale next week and I've never been to a training cl for work before. I'm wondering what it will be like. The schedule says that we are in "cl" from 7:30-6ish everyday. Do they provide meals? Do we get breaks? Do I have to do everything with the people in my cl? Is there any fun/downtime?
