What shall I do for my Skin?

I've been using this Razorless Cream Shave by "Sally Hansen" It works good and removes the hair good. However, I still have the razor bumps. And when I thought I coouldn't go wrong by getting the cream shave.....Here comes the bumps again!!! What should I do. When the bumps dry up, they leave dark spots on my face. What can I do?? Should I use Vaseline everyday just to help protect my skin? Should I buy some Calamine Lotion and wear at night??? I really need help before Prom and Graduation!!!!!!
