COD Black ops my friend Glitched?

my friend invited me to his session for a 3 v 2 in a private match, when he starts the match i have 10 custom cles and one of them was the gold commando. i asked my friend how i got it and he said he glitched it. i knew nothing about him glitching and i dont want to get banned for something i didnt do. so will it be him that gets banned or all of us or none at all?
