Foreclosure and renter's rights?

We moved into a rental house 4 months ago, My roommate inadvertently opened a damaged letter in our mailbox, it was a notice of foreclosure. The mortgage company's appraiser came out and confirmed we are in a house being foreclosed upon. My question is: What rights and what are the proceedures for us the renters??
