Transferring from UCSD to UC Davis?

I am currently a freshmen at UCSD, but due to AP cles I already have 41 units down and have fulfilled most of my GE's for my college (Sixth). I am a communication major. I'm planning on transferring to UC Davis for Winter Quarter 2012 and do the same major, but their major prerequisites are some cles I have never taken and if I do take them, will fulfill GEs at UCSD that I have already fulfilled. Is it a good idea to take these cles for a letter grade anyway, take upper division Comm cles that are transferable in the fall, and ignore the remaining three cles I need to fulfill UCSD GE's?

Varicose veins and leg / foot swelling?

I am scheduled to have my vericose veins removed sometime in January, question is ..I have major swelling of my feet and lower legs, will this go away after my surgery ( after healing time)? Yes, christians make mistakes too and though I have made my share of mistakes i am not proud of them. I am just thankful that God forgives me and helps me to get through each day of my life. I pray each day for our Troops and know the feelings they have when being in combat, I have had those feelings too and have flashbacks often of the 4and a half years of combat that I went through during the Korean war and Vietnam. if its an egg i recommend using sphagnum moss to incubate it. get it wet then squeeze it dry in your hand, make a nest for the egg then lightly cover it with a bit of the moss. after trying other substrates this is the best i have found .i usually incubate my cornsnake eggs for about 50- 60 days

Dream Interpretation? Trapped in Time?

So, I had this dream where I was trapped in time.. Sounds kinda weird I know.. But I was in some type of space ship (which from the inside appeared to look like a house I'm familiar with) but I just knew it was in space, then realised we got sucked into some kind of vortex/wormhole, and were trapped in time. What could this mean? I've been thinking maybe it means there's something in my life that I feel trapped by, but could this be the reason for the dream? Spicy Foods && Pregnancy?

I have a stuffed up nose and some infection in my mouth like a white coating all over my tongue sides of mouth upper part of mouth and back of throat. I went to the dr other day and he gave me Cephalexin 250/5ML SUS liquid oral antibiotic, however I had to stop taking it because it was causing tighness in my chest and making it hard for me to breath and until Monday comes around im stuck without the antibiotic. Earlier I was rinsing my mouth out with warm salt water not gargling it but after I did that I went outside for abit and then out of nowhere I started getting a tickling sensation in the back of my throat at first I thought maybe a bug or something flew down my throat but I don't think that is whats causing it. I drank some hot tea with honey and its not as bad but still feels like something is tickling the back of my throat my question is did the salt water I rinsed with cause the problem of the tickling? I might have used abit to much salt and I was told that salt water drawls out moisture and infections im just wondering if thats what caused it?

Corrupt politicians gain power by putting on a religious act and subverting the democratic process and this is very harmful to society. So clearly, religion causes great harm to society in more than one way and something should be done to stop this harm. But any laws enacted regarding religion will inevitably infringe upon people’s freedom of religion which too, would be a sad to see. My dog suddenly has 'eye boogers'. Could it be allergies?

How do you get rid of motion sickness?

I get motion sick on buses, cars, roller coasters, and elevator ( I don't get sick in airplanes though). I've had it for a long time and I have tried the wrist bands and dramamine (it puts me to sleep for a little bit and I still feel sick afterwards) which both don't help me. I've heard of a patch and pills that might help. Has anyone ever tried the patch or know of some who has? Does anyone know of pills that won't put you to sleep? I get migraines, feel sick to my stomach and hot when I get motion sick. The only thing that helps a little is laying my seat down and closing my eyes. It really puts a damper in a lot of plans like traveling in general and going on roller coasters with my neices and nephews.

Personally, I think that first person would suit this better, as you've only got one main character. It would add more mystery as well, as the reader would only know what your main character knows. I have had a headache (all over - not just one area) for 4 months, ear ache for 2 months. My doctor has put me on claritan and a decongestant in the beginning and then about 3 weeks ago put me on Allegra. Can I receive unemployment after a denial letter?

I filed for unemployment at the beginning of September, I left my job due to health issues, I was constantly dizzy and having bad migraines which started October of 2008. My doctor was giving me letters stating I should be off, but they had not been covered under FMLA. I was admitted in the hospital for dizziness and blurry vision in January of 2009 for a little over a week. I then had FMLA approved so it saved me for the moment. My health continued to decline and I was back again missing days. I was giving another FMLA package that needed to be filled out by the Neurologist. I had a difficult time getting it from her due to death in her family and her leaving the country for a month. The time had come and gone and I still didn't get her to fill out everything they were asking, which was how many days would I need off when these spells come on. Since I was not able to get my primary care to do it for me by the time for the needed information, FMLA was denied. My jobs had already sat me down a lot before FMLA was approved stating that I can't miss anymore days even though they knew of my health risk and the help I was receiving from my cardiologist, neurology, and primary care doctor. I didn't know if I should step down and leave instead of being fired so I decided to leave. I applied and sent unemployment a letter from two doctors stating my illness; I received a letter from unemployment stating that I am being denied because I am unable and unwilling to work. I am able to work so I got one of my doctor's to write me another stating that I can work and a spreadsheet of jobs I have applied for and some of their responses. I resubmitted a reconsideration letter to Florida Unemployment Dept in Tallahee. I also received a hearing date but I am hoping that my resubmitted letter will be enough so that I will not have to do an appeal. Do you think it is enough information to get a second look or should I prepare for the hearing?

Just recently changed the spark plugs, air filter, and pcv valve on my girlfriends '99 Monte everything went off without a hitch and seemed very routine. Minus the fact that after finishing up and reconnecting the battery the dome light flashes on and off after starting her car. The dome light continues to flash in a rythmic on and off pattern for about 1 maybe 2 minutes then stops flashing. Also stops flashing when ignition is turned off and key is removed. First thought that crossed my mind was that maybe one or both of the door switches were going bad. Not too sure though as this is a new experience for me. Any insight will be greatly appreciated!

Im really upset right now, literally in tears. Im turning 13 on Monday, but everyone treats me like a ******* 6 year old. I have a 15 year old brother and a 17 year old sister so Im really used to hanging out with older kids. I've been wearing makeup since 10 years old, started with Mum's old mascaras and now I'm 22 years old and studying Beauty Therapy and I use oh so much makeup/skincare products. I use microdermabrasion, pedis/manis, mud baths, exfoliation, face wash, fake bake, face makeup, I go running, hair care... the whole works. My daughter is 15 and has developed Social Anxiety/panic attacks. It started at school. I cannot get her to school, even though she does want to go. She get terrible anxiety/panic attacks at school. We have worked out a girl is emotionally bullying at school and has also affected other students. However, even though i have tried every avenue to get my daughter back to school, she still gets panicky. We hv seen a psychologist once and she taught her some breathing, but she said it doesn't work when she is bad. i am going to talk to the school (1 parent has complained of this girl already), however the parent thinks the school doesn't want to listen as the bully is so nice to adults and is a high achiever. I am taking my daughter to the dr (again) for their opinion. She is happy at home, but just sits around all day watching TV. It is hard to get her to do her school work.

Southern toad help?

I just caught a southern toad that appears healthy just minutes ago. I got the exact enviroment a hiding the substrate that i got from outside for it a couple of leaves, anyway he ate 3 crickets and i caught him just ten minutes ago does that mean he'll be a good captive? he is also in a 19 liter container ( i also dampened the sandish soil and i added a piece of mulch) what can i feed it? every time he eats the cricket it takes him like two minutes to get it into his stomach he gets it down fine though but he moves his belly almost exactly like a snake trying to swallow a mouse. What kind of camera should I get?

I have a budget of about $400. I would like to stay under that if I can. I want to be able to take zoom shots and them come out clear.
