Why do people need to be warned about the ‘Danger of Suffocation’ on plastic bags?

The same reason every shampoo bottle reads: wet hair, lather, rinse. Like I'd leave all the lather in my hair from then until the next day. Corporations ume we can't figure it out for ourselves and are afraid they may get sued.
