Looking for a zoo that lets you hold chimps?

ok im planning on proposing to my girl soon and were both huge fans of chimps and orangutans and i was wondering if their is a zoo hopefully in the midwest or east coast area that lets you hold and play with chimps because thats how i wanna propose.
