Atheists: what laws would you like to see enacted to deal with the harm caused by unregulated religion?

I hope the fact that religion causes harm to society is not in question here. This is an obvious fact, right? I mean, religion is used by con artists, frauds and charlatans to scam money out of people and this is very harmful to society. Religion is used to brainwash children and disable them with bogus beliefs and this is very harmful to society. Corrupt politicians gain power by putting on a religious act and subverting the democratic process and this is very harmful to society. The progress made by scientists and innovators is restricted by religious people yammering about their silly made up myths and morals and this is very bad for society. So clearly, religion causes great harm to society in more than one way and something should be done to stop this harm. But any laws enacted regarding religion will inevitably infringe upon people’s freedom of religion which too, would be a sad to see. But something needs to be done; I think regulating religion is the lesser of two evils, wouldn’t you agree?
